MEMORANDUM AND ORDER PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28

We agree with the defendant, Antonio R. Williams, and the Commonwealth that the District Court judge must comply with the procedure set out in the Supreme Judicial Court's decision in Commonwealth v. Scott, 467 Mass. 336 (2014)

. Therefore the order allowing the defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea cannot stand. Accordingly, the order allowing the defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the District Court for further proceedings consistent with our memorandum and order.

So ordered.
