CORRECTION ORDER

The opinion of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma filed on January 20, 2004, in the above styled and numbered cause, 2004 OK 2, is corrected as follows:

The citation to Oklahoma's portability act in ¶2 and in footnote 5 is changed from title 26 to title 36. Ronald A. White, Tulsa, Oklahoma, who withdrew as attorney for Defendant/Appellee during the pendency of the appeal, is removed from the list of attorneys for Defendant/Appellee.
