Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered January 9, 1997 in Saratoga County, which denied petitioner's motion for reargument.

The order from which plaintiff appeals is one denying a motion to reargue. Such orders are not appealable (see, Elm Shade Maintenance Corp. v. Elm Shade Estates, --- A.D.2d ----, ----, 667 N.Y.S.2d 807, 808; Hogan v. City of Kingston, 243 A.D.2d 981, 663 N.Y.S.2d 380, lv. dismissed, lv. denied 91 N.Y.2d 907, 669 N.Y.S.2d 254, 692 N.E.2d 123; Matter of Syblis v. New York State Bd. of Parole, 240 A.D.2d 821, 659 N.Y.S.2d 809; Pixel Intl. Network v. State of New York, 228 A.D.2d 899, 644 N.Y.S.2d 377; Spa Realty Assocs. v. Springs Assocs., 213 A.D.2d 781, 623 N.Y.S.2d 22).

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs.
