Appeal from circuit court, Grundy county; P. C. Stepp, Judge. Action by Grand River Lodge, No. 52, I. O. O. F., against E. M. Crawford. From a judgment in favor of plaintiff, defendant appeals. Reversed.

This case, in all of its salient features, is a parallel to the case of Fitterer v. Crawford (decided at the present term) 57 S. W. 532; the only difference being in their organizations and the property. For reasons given in that case the judgment is reversed.
