It is hereby ordered, in the above cause, that the opinion as it appears at 68 Wash.Dec.2d 826, 416 P.2d 92 be changed as follows:

In the fifth line of text from the bottom of page 827, 416 P.2d page 93, the word 'four' is changed to 'two'; and footnote 1, at the bottom of page 827, 416 P.2d page 93 is changed to read:

HILL, OTT, HUNTER and HALE, JJ., and LANGENBACH, J. pro tem., concur.

1 These two occasions were: (1) at the time of installation; and (2) in 1956, the Power Company insulated the 4,000 volt line by two rubber hoses and a pin shield on the insulator.
