This is a companion case to cause No. 16478, Carl 0. Koelling v. Citizens' Bank of Warrenton, Mo., 237 S. W. 173, this day decided. The two cases involve the same issues, and were submitted upon the same record. For the reasons stated in the case of Carl C. Koelling v. Citizens' Bank of Warrenton, Mo., the decree in this case should be affirmed.
