This matter came before Department I of the Court on its May 7, 1991, Motion Calendar on Petition for Review. Department I having considered the Petition and the files herein;
That the Petition for Review is granted. This case is consolidated with Wilmot v. Kaiser Aluminum, No. 57766-8, which is set for oral argument on June 11, 1991. The parties in Moran v. Washington Fruit and Produce may file a Supplemental brief if it is filed by May 24, 1991. All further pleadings shall be filed under cause number 57766-8.
