COLEMAN, Chief Justice.

On order of the Court, 101 Mich.App. 811, 300 N.W.2d 705, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal, we REMAND the case to the Court of Appeals for amplification of the reasons for its decision of December 12, 1979. Such amplification shall include address of the question of whether the trial court's unrequested instructions concerning the procedures to be followed after a verdict of not guilty by reason of insanity constituted error. People v. Cole, 382 Mich. 695, 172 N.W.2d 354 (1969). After amplification, the opinion shall be filed with the Clerk of this Court.

We retain jurisdiction.
