The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 145 Conn.App. 547, 76 A.3d 664, is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court correctly determine that the defendant's written statement was properly admitted at trial?

“2. Did the Appellate Court correctly determine that, although the firearm was discovered in the defendant's car, the jury reasonably could have found that the defendant had carried the pistol in violation of General Statutes § 29–35?”
