William Fox was convicted of an offense, and he appeals. Appeal dismissed.

PER CURIAM.

This is a criminal case wherein defendant appeals but has not perfected his appeal in the manner required by section 4103, R. S. 1919. The only paper filed herein is a short form transcript containing a certified copy of the judgment and order allowing the appeal. It appears from this transcript that defendant was convicted upon some charge, the nature of the offense not being shown, and that his punishment Was assessed at six months' imprisonment in the Vernon county jail.

It has been often held that an appeal may not be perfected in the manner sought in this case. State v. Golden et al. (Mo. App.) 288 S. W. 792, and cases therein cited; State v. Harris (Mo. App.) 289 S. W. 30.

The appeal is dismissed.
