PER OURIAM.
This is a criminal case wherein defendants appeal but have not perfected their appeal in the manner required by section 4103, R. S. 1919. The only paper filed herein is a short form transcript containing a certified copy of the judgment and order allowing the appeal. It appears from this transcript that defendants were convicted upon some charge, the nature of the offense not being shown, and that the punishment of each was assessed at a fine of $1,-000 and one year in the county jail on the first count and at a fine of $200 and 30 days in the county jail on the second count of the information.
