¶ 4 That the petition for review is granted. The parties should serve and file supplemental briefs within 30 days of the date of this order, which at a minimum should address the Batson test and its efficacy. See RAP 13.7(d). Motions seeking permission to file amicus briefs addressing Batson are invited.
