ORDER
¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Stephens and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis (Justice Yu sat for Justice Johnson), considered at its July 7, 2020, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
