ORDER CHANGING OPINION

ANDERSEN, Judge.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion of this court in the above-entitled case filed June 15, 1981, and appearing in 29 Wash.App. 565, at 571 and 629 P.2d 1344, at 1347, be changed as follows:

In sentence No. 3 of the paragraph starting with "The facts surrounding the rape in the present case ..." delete the following:

"used an alias and kept returning to the store until the victim consented to go out with him...."

and substitute in lieu thereof the following:

"and kept returning to the respective stores where he asked the victims to go out with him...."
