Proceeding before the Public Service Commission of Missouri to compel M. O. Danciger & Co. to furnish electrical service to the complainants. To review an order of the Public Service Commission granting the relief prayed, the State, on relation of M. O. Danciger & Co., brought certiorari to the circuit court. From a judgment annulling the order of the Public Service Commission, the Commission and the complainants appeal. Affirmed.
